Knowledge for charity: Jooble specialists shared their experience to help Ukrainians

Jooble, along with College Recruiter and TAtech, conducted a joint charity online event on various aspects of recruitment to fundraise money for the needs of Ukrainians who suffered from the Russian military invasion.

Jooble, an international website for employment, along with the College Recruiter, the leading job search website used by students and recent graduates of all 7,400+ one, two- and four-year colleges and universities, together with TAtech, the trade association for the worldwide community of organizations that provide technology-based tools for recruiting, have recently held an online event on different aspects of recruitment. Organizers donated all the money raised during the event to Ukrainians for the medical and other humanitarian aid.

Within a two-hour webcast, Jooble’s Head of Sales Tatiana Gorbunova and Customer Success Lead Alex Rabosh have made an overview of job market trends in the USA, UK, Canada, EU, and other markets; shared their expertise in running a successful job ad campaign; shared basic and advanced use case examples for reaching job ad campaign goals including multi-country job ad campaigns. They also explained how performance-based advertising models work and how it is possible to use a PJA-friendly bidding system as well as different tracking tools, multichannel job postings, and branded job ads to make the recruitment process as much efficient and cost-effective as possible.

Jooble’s Partnerships Manager, Solomiia Yaremenko, shared some secrets of the SEO strategy that Jooble successfully uses. Also, Solomiia explained the top ranking factors of SEO optimization that every website should consider.

As recruitment is a multifaceted and complicated process, during the webcast, another side of it – HR – was also covered. It greatly influences the whole process of engaging new people in the company. In her speech, Anastasia Dyomina, Jooble’s Employee and Candidates Evaluation Manager, shared her practical knowledge in hiring people who would fit the company’s values and some tips on defining values that would correspond to your company’s business goals. Also, as Jooble is a big international company operating remotely since the beginning of 2021, Anastasia shared the company’s experience in managing a remote international team, which might be of use to every business that wants to hire and manage the right people from any country.
