Jooble team also took part and shared the experience in a panel discussion centered around the topic of “Pricing Models.” During the discussion, Yana Levchenko, Jooble’s Customer success manager and Jon Brooks, a pricing expert, founder of The Value Advantage, shared valuable insights and perspectives on various aspects of pricing strategies.
“Pricing is one of the hottest topics in the industry nowadays as many players are changing their pricing model, introducing a new one or planning to do so. Once you make a decision to change your pricing model or to add a new option – please, remember to “smooth the switch”. You need to take measures which will make this transition for your customers as smooth and comfortable as possible and sure thing keep in mind the interest of your business and the company you represent. You should: 1. analyze the market, key players, your competitors; 2. make sure your product is technically ready to perform a new pricing model (a pilot with the most loyal client is a good idea) 3. educate your customers – it is the most important step which cannot be ignored. Your customer should know what they can expect from this change and be ready for it. 4. provide enough support (both technical and communicational) ” said Yana Levchenko.

Aside from networking, throughout the day, there were engaging and thought-provoking discussions on current industry topics. It was a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insights from experts and industry leaders.
