Performance Marketing Manager

Hooked CRM is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition strategy and help drive the next stage of growth for our platform. This role will focus primarily on Meta Ads while also managing campaigns across Google Ads, Reddit Ads, OpenAI advertising opportunities, and other emerging channels. You will work closely with sales, product, design, and leadership to generate qualified opportunities and continuously improve performance across the full customer acquisition funnel. What You'll Do Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, Reddit, and emerging advertising platforms. Serve as the primary owner of Meta Ads, including campaign structure, targeting, retargeting, creative testing, optimization, and scaling. Build and manage campaigns focused on qualified leads, demo bookings, and customer acquisition. Manage budgets and allocate spend toward the strongest-performing campaigns, audiences, creatives, and channels. Develop structured testing strategies across messaging, audiences, offers, creative, and landing pages. Contribute to Hooked CRM's broader go-to-market strategy, product launches, promotions, and market positioning. Work closely with graphic design and product teams to develop performance-driven creative and campaign messaging. Create clear creative briefs based on audience insights, campaign goals, and performance data. Partner with sales leadership to evaluate lead quality, objections, conversion rates, and downstream revenue performance. Track and improve key metrics including CPL, cost per demo, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead-to-sale conversion rate. Ensure conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, UTMs, and analytics are properly implemented. Identify performance trends, funnel bottlenecks, and new acquisition opportunities. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation or customer acquisition. Experience with additional platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, or emerging advertising channels is a plus. Strong understanding of paid social strategy, targeting, retargeting, creative testing, and conversion optimization. Experience marketing SaaS, technology, CRM, sales, or B2B products strongly preferred. Strong understanding of conversion funnels and the relationship between marketing performance and sales outcomes. Comfortable analyzing campaign data and making performance-driven decisions. Experience working with designers, product teams, developers, and sales teams. Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and analytics platforms. Strong written communication and direct-response marketing skills. Ability to take ownership of multiple campaigns while maintaining consistent brand positioning.
