Entry Level Caregiver

Compassionate Caregiver Needed

We are seeking a compassionate individual to provide dedicated care to clients in the St. Paul, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Inver Grove area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to clients, including non-medical needs, personal care, and medication reminders
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily living activities
• Establish effective communication and professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts
• Demonstrate kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and good communication skills

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle to get to and from clients' residences
• Kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and good communication skills
• Must pass a state background check and submit proof or obtain a negative TB test
• Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists, and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist, and stoop
• Preferred 1 year of caregiving experience
