The ideal candidate will lead a team of welders, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project deadlines. Responsibilities:-Supervise and coordinate on-site welding operations, managing a team of welders.-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.-Supervise welding procedures, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to project specifications.-Perform inspections and quality checks on welded components.-Train and mentor welding staff, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.-Coordinate with project managers to schedule work assignments and meet project deadlines.-Maintain inventory of welding supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed.-Resolve issues and provide technical expertise to troubleshoot welding-related problems. Requirements:-Proven experience in welding and in a supervisory or managerial role.-Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.-Extensive knowledge of welding safety protocols and standards.-Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
