Electrical Project Manager (Sr. to Mid-Level)

Job Description
Will supervise a staff in day-to-day administration of a project. Responsible for all financial reporting, tracking and projection of all labor, material, job expenses and changes for each project assigned. Manage Superintendent/CAD constructions drawings to ensure appropriate installation. Create, submit, and manage all submittals throughout the entire project. Possess estimating, pre-construction, and design-build experience. Project schedule analysis. Issues notices and alerts as required. Weekly Jobsite visits and attend all jobsite meetings as required. Mentors and trains up and coming employees and assists them in accomplishing their goals and careers objections for future advancement within the firm. Creates a positive teamwork environment for all employes associated with our projects including General Contractors, Owners, Architects, Engineers. Must have a least 10 years of Project Management experience. Strong budget tracking, labor tracking and scheduling skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
