Registered Dietician Job Summary Stroudsburg Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietician to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Design and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with diverse dietary needs and restrictions Conduct nutrition assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify patients' nutritional requirements Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and families Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed to achieve optimal results Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nutrition and dietetics Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation About the Role: As a Registered Dietician at Stroudsburg Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
