You’ll work closely with clients to understand their day-to-day needs and provide tailored solutions while managing their annual strategies. You’ll also: Share market expertiseand keep clients informed about compliance-related issues. Champion Gallagher’s resources and tools to maximise efficiency in managing client deliverables. Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process, aiming for a 95% retention rate. Guide, develop, and mentor new hires and team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
