Job Summary
At Nexus of Palos Hills, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and nutrition services in a compassionate and supportive environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team in Palos Hills, IL . As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our patients by managing the dietary department and overseeing the food service operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage the dietary department, including food preparation, menu planning, and inventory control
• Develop and implement dietary programs that meet the nutritional needs of patients and residents
• Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including food service records, inventory reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans that incorporate nutrition and dietary recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
