Shape the Future of Operations.We are seeking a high-impact Operations Manager to lead first-shift operations within a high-volume retail and E-Commerce distribution center. This strategic leadership role oversees end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, quality, and returns, while building a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
