Experienced Dog Groomer | Mobile Dog Groomer | East Brunswick, NJ

Furry Land Mobile Grooming is actively hiring an experienced Dog Groomer / Mobile Dog Groomer to join our growing team serving East Brunswick, Edison, Old Bridge, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, South Brunswick, Monroe Township, and surrounding Central New Jersey communities.

As a Mobile Dog Groomer, you'll work one-on-one with pets in a fully equipped, climate-controlled Mercedes Sprinter grooming van. Our call center handles scheduling and customer communication so you can focus on grooming and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule:

We are currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time groomers.

Availability Requirements:

• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday (Required)
• Monday

Weekend availability is essential, and Sunday availability is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional dog grooming services including bathing, brushing, drying, haircuts, de-shedding, de-matting, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and breed-specific styling
• Groom according to breed standards and customer preferences
• Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments
• Communicate professionally with pet owners before and after appointments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van
• Maintain grooming records and appointment notes
• Safely operate and drive the company grooming van between appointments

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional dog grooming experience
• Strong knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques
• Ability to groom independently from start to finish
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Mobile grooming experience preferred but not required
• Grooming certification preferred but not required
