Litigation Paralegal (5–7 Years' Experience) We're working with a prestigious specialist litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its highly regarded New York team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation from inception through trial, supporting experienced trial attorneys on nationally and internationally significant matters. If you're looking for a long-term career with a firm that genuinely values its paralegals, this could be the perfect next step. What You'll Be Doing Managing cases through every stage of litigation. Drafting legal documents, discovery requests and correspondence. Preparing document productions and deposition summaries. Filing documents through NYSCEF and PACER in State and Federal Courts. Coordinating with attorneys, clients, experts and opposing counsel. Assisting with trial preparation, exhibits, damages presentations and mediations. Using modern legal technology and AI-powered tools to support case preparation. What We're Looking For 5–7 years' litigation paralegal experience within a law firm. Experience supporting cases through trial or settlement. Strong knowledge of NYSCEF, PACER and State/Federal Court procedures. Experience with e-discovery platforms, Westlaw, LexisNexis or similar legal technology. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A genuine commitment to building a long-term career as a litigation paralegal. Experience in aviation, transportation or other complex litigation is highly desirable.
