Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting leads into policyholders through effective sales techniques. Key responsibilities: Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products Handle inbound sales calls and convert leads into policyholders without making cold calls Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property and Casualty Insurance license Required qualifications: 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales Ability to communicate clearly with prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Property and Casualty License required after hire
