About The Role We are seeking a highly organized Assistant Project Manager to support project execution and operational coordination. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow into a full Project Manager position. Responsibilities Support PM with scheduling and documentation. Track progress and monitor deadlines. Assist with budgeting and reporting. Coordinate meetings and action items. Facilitate communication across teams. Qualifications 0–5 years experience in project coordination or related fields. Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Slack, or similar tools (training available). Strong organizational and collaborative skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
