Job Requirements Education Required: Certified Medical Biller & Coder Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant billing and coding experience Knowledge of Registration, Pre‑certification, Insurance Verification, Inpatient, Outpatient & Physician Services and legal aspects Understanding of billing requirements of third‑party carriers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Commercial, Worker's Compensation and No Fault (Outpatient/Physician Services) Understanding of CPT Coding system and HSPCS Level Coding Knowledge of how to complete CMS 1500 form and UB04 Form Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics Prior teaching experience AAPC teaching certification Additional Information Deadline for Applying: Open until filled. Position begins May 2026. Salary: $35-$38 per hour, commensurate with experience, for no more than 29 hours per week.
