Dr. Koteshwara Nadipalli leads the practice, and our own marketing books the consults; so your day is spent injecting rather than generating your own patients. Most practices in this market want an injector who arrives with a full patient book. We don't. If you bring one, we'll pay you well for it. If you don't, you'll still walk into a full schedule. What Sets This Opportunity Apart Our marketing fills the schedule. You are not expected to self-generate consults, post on your days off, or chase patients through DMs. A guaranteed monthly minimum for your first 90 days. A move costs you momentum, and we'd rather carry that risk than ask you to. No unit quotas and no upsell scripts. You build the treatment plan, and you can decline a treatment you don't think is right. Physician-led in practice, not just on paper. Dr. Nadipalli sets clinical protocols with you and is onsite and reachable. Uncapped commission. Tiers step up as you pass monthly goals, with no ceiling above them. An enhanced starting tier if you arrive with an established patient following; a bonus here, not a requirement. Full-time, or a Friday-and-Saturday chair, depending on what fits your life right now. The Injector We're Seeking Independent on neurotoxin and full-face filler from day one. Two years of dedicated aesthetic injecting is a realistic floor; more is welcome. Skilled in full-face assessment; you treat the face, not the request. A consult style that builds a plan rather than closes a sale. Confident handling a complication, and comfortable saying no when no is the right answer. Committed to natural-looking results and to patients who stay for years. A portfolio of your own work; Instagram or anywhere else; is welcome. It's the fastest way for us to understand your eye, though it isn't required. $120,000–$150,000 annually. Base set against production, with tiered commission that rises as monthly goals are met and exceeded. No cap. A guaranteed monthly minimum through your first 90 days while you establish yourself. Schedule Full-time is up to 40 hours per week, including weekday evenings and Saturdays; that's when working patients come in, and it's where much of the earning happens. Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with precision and consistency. Design multi-visit treatment strategies built around long-term patient relationships. Integrate injectables, advanced technology, laser services and medical-grade skincare into coherent plans. Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in Zenoti, with attention to continuity of care and rebooking. Partner with Dr. Nadipalli to refine protocols and improve clinical outcomes. Qualifications Active Texas RN, NP or PA license in good standing. Two or more years of hands-on aesthetic injecting in a medical setting; med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery or physician-led practice. Demonstrated competence with neurotoxins and dermal fillers across full-face treatment areas. Strong consultation skills and a track record of patient retention. Notes on Compensation Commission tiers and thresholds are finalized at the offer stage and confirmed in writing before your start date. Medical, dental and vision coverage begins after our standard eligibility period. PTO accrues under our tiered vacation and sick bank structure.
