Job Summary Now hiring New Graduate RNs at West Boca Medical Center! Up to $5,000 sign on bonus! Position Summary The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, infection control, with the goal of discharging the patient with an optimum level of care. Position Requirements/Qualifications Education: Minimum – Graduate of an accredited RN program; Preferred – BSN. Licensure & Certification: Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Florida; American Heart Association BLS, ACLS required.
