As a leading player in the industry, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Georgia, VT.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist with Stellar Health Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing personalized care and treatment plans to help them regain independence and improve their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
• Choosing activities that promote independence and daily living skills
• Monitoring resident progress and preparing detailed reports
• Rehabilitating residents with disabilities due to injury, illness, or other conditions
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Supervising COTAs as required

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Current Vermont OTR or COTA License
• Experience in long-term care settings, preferred
