Responsibilities Include Promoting patient and family-centered care and education on illness management and medication use. Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and team members. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. Participating in professional development and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Qualifications And Skills Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred. Licensure: Active RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills.
