We bring them together under one fiduciary standard - the Family Office.Role OverviewThe Director of Annuity Solutions is a senior, revenue-driving leader responsible for expanding annuity adoption and retirement income solutions across the firm. Operating within a Family Office model, this role partners closely with advisors to integrate solutions that address income gaps, longevity risk, and principal protection.This role works directly with advisors, leadership, marketing, and strategic carrier partners to shape the firm's retirement income strategy and drive adoption across the organization.This individual will influence, support, and drive adoption of annuity strategies by enhancing advisor engagement, strengthening client conversations, and improving consistency across the firm's planning process. With access to an established client base, built-in advisor network, and dedicated marketing support, this role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful growth at scale.This position would be full-time onsite at our corporate office in Scottsdale.
