As a Security Officer Mobile Driver in New Orleans, LA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Assist with directing customers, supporting store operations during high-traffic periods, and maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
