Description Your Impact: Provide leadership to associates. Make effective product flow decisions under the direction of the Manager. Positively impact levels of service and cost on the Distribution Center's operation plans. Meet company budget and cost structure goals. Demonstrate effective communication skills with associates, peers, and leadership in a variety of business functions. Use decisive problem‑solving abilities to achieve results. Maintain a positive team environment. Appropriately handle associate relations issues. Ability to work on a process improvement project This role will be a blend of leading a team and working on a project within a fulfillment center, supporting either retail fulfillment or digital/e-commerce. Hours for this role will be day shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Minimum Salary: $23.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications Reside in or willing to locate to the Columbus, Ohio area Working towards a degree in Business, Logistics, or Operations Management, expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028 Displays excellent leadership and relationship-building skills Background in fulfillment center or warehouse operations Ability to analyze data and use metrics to support operational and process improvement decisions Demonstrate problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
