Bilingual HR Generalist On-Site, Full Lifecycle

Hollman, Inc. in Irving, Texas is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support ~300 employees on-site. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, and covers employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, timekeeping, and HRIS administration.
The successful candidate will manage recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, maintain Paycor records, and partner with the HR Manager to improve processes and ensure accurate HR documentation.
