Schedule: 13-week contract with flexible scheduling options. Please note: Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid, and the facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per contract period.

Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care within an acute care setting with focus on patient-centered care delivery
• Engage in bedside shift reporting, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding using AIDET communication framework
• Participate in quality initiatives including monitoring of nurse-sensitive indicators (CAUTI, CLABSI, falls prevention, and more)
• Collaborate within a shared governance model that promotes professional development and peer accountability
• Opportunity to serve as preceptor and mentor for new nursing staff
• Work in a culture focused on safety, Just Culture principles, and continuous performance improvement

Requirements:

• Current New Hampshire RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Graduate of an approved nursing program preferred
• Basic Dysrhythmia certification preferred or must be obtained prior to completion of orientation (required for telemetry-based units)
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained during orientation
• Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to develop patient care plans
