Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in a skilled nursing facility. Assignment Details Assignment length: 14 weeks. Schedule: 5x8. Shift hours: Meal break: 30 minutes. Expected hours: 35 per week.
