We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused technician who thrives on delivering exceptional service and mastering VoIP systems. Our ideal candidate also meets the qualifications listed below:

• Own a vehicle capable of transporting ladders and tools

Having your own tools and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs is a plus.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A VOIP TECHNICIAN - UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS TECH

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime available .

In this role, you'll spend your day installing and configuring VoIP systems, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring crystal-clear call quality. You'll provision users, phones, and routing features, collaborate with network teams, and provide hands-on support to end users, all while keeping systems running smoothly and documenting updates.
