Currently, we have an opportunity for a PRN/on-call Resident Operations Float to join our team! The Resident Operations Float serves as a versatile team member dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to residents and guests throughout Shell Point. This role assists across multiple departments, including Concierge Services, Programming, and Transportation handling responsibilities such as reservations, event support, program sign-ups, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft applications, and the ability to work effectively with the senior population while upholding Shell Point's core values of caring for, serving, and satisfying our residents. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
