Job Summary City of Hope is seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to join our collaborative, medically directed anesthesia care team. In this role, you’ll work alongside anesthesiologists and fellow anesthesia providers to deliver high‑quality, holistic, and evidence‑based anesthesia and pain care services for patients undergoing complex cancer treatments and procedures in Zion, IL. Compensation & Benefits Full‑time position. Salary $250,000–$280,000 annually plus $50,000 sign‑on bonus. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced perioperative anesthesia care for patients 17 years and older across a wide range of acuity levels and clinical environments, including surgical specialties (neurosurgery, ENT, thoracic, procedural areas), pain management, radiation oncology, CT and MRI. Perform patient assessment, anesthesia planning, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post‑anesthesia evaluation following established clinical protocols and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Council on Accreditation (COA) nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by the NBCRNA. Meets institutional and state criteria for medical malpractice coverage. Demonstrated clinical competency across a broad range of anesthesia techniques. Active Illinois RN license and compliance with all CRNA regulatory requirements. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
