Avionics Technician (Production Hangar)

F-16 Production Hangar Avionics Tech
Performs a variety of duties including harness routing, harness build up, crimping/terminating, and soldering. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts continuity testing, and electrical system troubleshooting. Must have harness, wire routing experience. Must be able to pass crimping/soldering training. Must be able to work either 1st shift (6am-4:30pm) and 2nd shift (4:30pm-3:00am) Monday-Thursday. ~Aircraft mod experience ~Routing experience ~Pinning/terminating 1st shift, willing to work second as needed. Avionics mod experience. Aircraft experience is required, C-130 experience is a plus. Wire routing and schematic reading experience required. Tools are provided by program. No personal tools required.
