Now Hiring: Welder/Fabricator – Mount Morris, PA

Are you an experienced MIG Welder or Fabricator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Welder/Fabricator in Mount Morris, PA . • Earn up to $30.00 per hour based on experience

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• No weekends!

As a Welder/Fabricator , you will:

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on steel components

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and fabrication drawings

• Lay out, align, position, and secure parts prior to welding and assembly

• Fabricate and weld steel components according to specifications and quality standards

• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on welding equipment

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report repairs when necessary

• Complete daily equipment inspections and documentation

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards

• Minimum 1 year of MIG and Stick welding experience

• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and fabrication drawings

• Experience using measuring tools including calipers, rulers, straightedges, and combination squares

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Competitive pay up to $25/hour
