Nurse Manager - Home Infusion Pharmacy - Spokane Valley, Washington

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager for Home Infusion Pharmacy Services in Spokane Valley, WA. This position oversees the daily operations of the Home Infusion Department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and team performance. The Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising clinical staff, managing workflow, and coordinating interdisciplinary care for patients receiving infusion therapy in their homes. The ideal candidate will be an experienced nurse leader who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered environment and demonstrates a commitment to quality, collaboration, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of Home Infusion Pharmacy operations. Supervise clinical and administrative staff, ensuring optimal scheduling and productivity. Develop, implement, and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Coordinate interdisciplinary care to ensure continuity and excellence in patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and company policies. Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and professional growth within the team. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field (or equivalent experience). Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington and Oregon (or eligibility to obtain). Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Home Infusion and 2 years in a supervisory or management role . Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and proof of insurance may be required. Must demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
