IN-HOME CARE AIDE

Home Care Services | Immediate Openings

Aachele Home Care and Hospice, LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional In-Home Care Aides to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.

We are looking for caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping seniors and adults maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and safety at home .

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

As an In-Home Care Aide, you may assist clients with:

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility, walking, and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean client environment
• Laundry and linen changes
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and social interaction
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Following the client's established care/service plan
• Completing required visit documentation
• Providing respectful and professional care at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should:

• Be dependable and able to report to scheduled assignments on time
• Have a caring and professional attitude
• Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Be able to follow written care instructions
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Be able to work independently in a client's home
• Successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and orientation
• Meet applicable agency and state requirements for the position

Previous home care, personal care, CNA, PCA, caregiver, assisted living, or senior-care experience is preferred.

Multiple schedules may be available based on client needs, including:

• Weekday assignments
• Weekend assignments
• Morning and daytime shifts
• Part-time opportunities
• Additional hours based on availability and client assignments
