Position Casual Part-Time Requisition ID 933944 Store #005377 LensCrafters Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed. Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff (Target Host partners). Maintain the appearance of the store and take initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators, basic phone and math skills. Must embrace new technology & change with a high level of accuracy. Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals. Strong communication skills (both oral and written). Self‑motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: 18.36 - 25.69 In addition to base pay, employees may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
