Warehouse Forklift Operator

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator in Pasadena, TX 77507. This position requires at least 2 years of recent forklift experience and proficiency operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach forklift, or forklift with a roll clamp attachment.

Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Must be available for occasional overtime and half-day Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks and containers using a forklift.
• Move, stack, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Handle paper rolls, drums, totes, supersacks, bags, pails, and palletized materials.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate scanners and accurately document material movements.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory counts.
• Perform forklift inspections at the beginning of each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse, OSHA, DOT, and forklift safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent forklift experience.
• Must be proficient operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach forklift, or forklift with a roll clamp attachment.
• Experience loading, unloading, stacking, and putting away palletized materials.
• Paper roll clamp, chemical-handling, drum, tote, or supersack experience is strongly preferred.
• Must have reliable attendance and work well with a team.
• Must be flexible to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
