Dental Hygienist | Centennial, CO

$55–$65/hour | Full-Time | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Wed-Thurs, 3 Fridays/month | No weekends
Single-column hygiene | 60-minute recall | 90-minute new patient | 60–90-minute SRP

We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who cares about building patient relationships and providing thoughtful preventive and periodontal care without feeling rushed through the schedule.

• Single-column hygiene schedule

• Recall/prophy: 60 minutes

• New patients: 90 minutes

• SRP: 60–90 minutes

• Patients per day: 6-8

• Schedule: Wed-Thurs 6:30am-4pm, 3 Fridays/month 6:30am-1pm

• Patient mix: PPO / FFS

You'll have access to the tools our team uses every day:

• Practice software: Open Dental

• AI-assisted radiograph review: Overjet AI

• Digital imaging: Digital X-Rays, Intraoral Cameras, Digital Scanners

We trust our hygienists to lead the hygiene appointment within their clinical scope.

You'll have time to assess periodontal health, educate patients, recommend appropriate preventive and periodontal care, and collaborate directly with the doctor on findings and treatment.

We want thoughtful clinical judgment and strong patient communication, not a scripted, one-size-fits-all approach to hygiene.

You don't have to figure everything out on your own.

You'll have access to our amazing doctor team and experienced hygienists for clinical questions, case discussions, periodontal calibration, technology training and professional development.

Plus: $500 in continuing education support each year.

Christiansen Dental is a 3-doctor dental practice serving the Centennial community. Our team focuses on patient-centered, comprehensive care and has built a strong base of long-term patients.

• Active CO Dental Hygienist license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Local anesthesia certification

• Strong patient communication and periodontal care skills

• Tenured Hygienists or New graduates welcome

Experience with OpenDental is helpful, but we're happy to train the right hygienist.
