Job Description Provides patient ambulatory care in the medical office/clinic setting.Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and practice policies, procedures and standards.Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptoms presented. Essential Duties include but not limited to Prepare provider clinics Prepare patients for examination and treatment my taking vital signs, medical history, and chief complaint. Maintain cleanliness and sterility of exam rooms and instruments. Manage phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay provider's instructions. Update and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
