Project Management Specialist, Columbus Ohio Area

We are currently looking for a Project Management Specialist. The Project Manager role manages or assists on multiple battery product projects, focusing on everyday project needs such as budgeting, scheduling, assembling project teams, attending meetings, providing coordination on projects, and conducting shipping logistic/tracking management, among other tasks. A bilingual English/Chinese skill is plus due to the communication with oversea factory. The responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to: Execution of various battery/battery pack projects management from sample stage to production stage. Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment Understand and meet client and project requirements and manage expectations in a timely and cost-effective manner Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects, updating as needed Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation Development of preliminary budget reports, analyses, project schedules, and client engagement agreements Tracking of project Prepare and coordinate vendor Request for Proposal documents, review proposals and level Coordination of monthly project invoices with Accounting Update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials Prepare and update project status reports require meeting in evening with Asian based factory. Conduct and document all weekly meetings Skills & Attributes Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills required Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and management skills required Ability to work on multiple projects cross collaboratively and with varying deadlines Ability to prepare estimates and track budgets Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the internal project team, clients, and construction community Must be process-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to establish goals and objectives Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines Must possess a "client first" mindset Experience & Education Three or more years of project management (or similar) experience with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, numerous deadlines, and conflicting priorities Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheet, and fishbowl #J-18808-Ljbffr EVE Energy North America
