As a Java Fullstack Developer, you will be part of the software development department supporting innovative projects. Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: 52-54/hr What's the Job? Design, code, test, and debug using Java, SQL, and Spring Boot frameworks Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives Evaluate enterprise technological environments and address technical challenges with innovative solutions Develop and promote best practices for engineering and technology solutions across the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced automation and AI/ML solutions What's Needed? 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development with Java, .NET, or Python 3+ years of experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js Solid understanding of parsing, chunking, indexing, and re-ranking techniquesExperience with Generative AI operations and enterprise-scale AI adoption strategies Strong ability to work with globally distributed teams within Agile environments What's in it for me?
