Location & Hours Taylor Salem Building, 139 Leopard Rd, Berwyn PA, 19312 Shifts: Full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call available; Days 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Evenings 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., Weekends (varied schedules). Compensation Pay rates: $17.25–$19.67 per hour (Full‑time and Part‑time). Responsibilities As a Direct Support Professional you will assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation, and documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress reports. You will maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of the individuals we serve. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (diplomas acquired outside the U.S. must be evaluated). One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults (preferred). Minimum age of 21 years. Valid driver’s license.
