This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company while delivering compassionate service and maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality in a customer-focused environment.– Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in processes using self-service kiosks or handheld tablets – Answer patient questions and provide care and reassurance to create a positive, trusting atmosphere – Assist with maintaining the waiting area and support staff with break coverage – Perform clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established procedures – Help ensure the safety and professionalism of the environment at all times – Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient interactions and specimen processing – Demonstrate organizational commitment by promoting a positive image to patients and colleagues – Support team efforts in a patient-centered, efficient workflow– High school diploma or equivalent – Phlebotomy experience, even if through internships or externships – Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience (retail, home health aide, etc.) – Strong keyboard/data entry skills – Ability to handle patients with care and compassion while assisting with check-in and specimen collection– Willingness to work both in the lobby assisting with check-in and in the draw room for specimen collection – Experience with specimen collection in forensic and clinical settings preferred – Adaptability to support staffing needs, including filling in for breaks and covering shortages – Must be capable of functioning confidently with specimen collection procedures – Schedule flexibility to accommodate the needs of a clinical environment – Certifications or licensure specific to phlebotomy are preferred but not explicitly mandated in the context dataTransform your healthcare career by bringing your customer service and phlebotomy expertise to this dynamic, patient-focused role.
