As an evening Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental, mental, and physical disabilities in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, patience, reliability, and have strong observational skills. This role is important for creating a positive and supportive environment for all residents as they wind down for the night and foster a peaceful and secure overnight experience for all involved.The evening shifts will consist of one week on and one week off, Thursday-Wednesday. Shifts range from a starting time of 4p - 5p and end between 9p - 11p. Hours range from 36-40 hours a pay period.
