Home-Based Family Support Specialist
Family Outreach
Family Outreach in Helena, MT seeks a Family Support Specialist to empower families with developmentally delayed children. You will assess needs, develop action plans, and coordinate services with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
The role includes coaching parents, documenting services, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and helping families access developmental disability eligibility and school transitions.
