General Laborer – Demo & Restoration

$18.00 per hour
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Looking for a job where hard work pays off? We are seeking reliable, hardworking General Laborers to join a growing demolition and restoration team in the Fort Myers area. This is a hands-on position for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a crew that gets the job done. We are looking for workers who have good work history and ethics.

You'll travel to job sites in a company vehicle and assist with demolition, site clean-up, floor scraping, debris removal, material handling, and other labor-intensive tasks. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in helping restore properties after damage or renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Demolition and tear-out of building materials
• Scraping floors and removing debris
• Heavy lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Loading debris into designated disposal areas
• Maintaining clean and safe work sites
• Working both indoors and outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Following supervisor instructions and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous general labor, demolition, construction, restoration, landscaping, roofing, or similar outdoor work experience
• Must be comfortable working in Florida heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to the reporting location
• Team-player attitude and willingness to work hard
