Essential Duties & Responsibilities Managing all aspects of site operations, including staffing, training, and performance managementLeading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goalsEnsuring outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns professionallyMonitoring equipment, inventory, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operationsEnforcing safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workplaceTracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies for continuous improvementAssisting in marketing efforts to drive Unlimited Wash Club membership sales and increase customer retentionConducting regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with company standardsHandling administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budget managementCollaborating with upper management to implement company policies and achieve business objectives Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED or a college degree is preferred1-3 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferredProficiency in MS-Office applicationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a teamExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance trackingAbility to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational proceduresFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays Work Environment & Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout the shiftComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionallyCompliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Jax Kar Wash in
