Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Full Time/Part Time & PRN
$7,500 Retention Bonus for the FT position.
Pay Range is dependent upon status (FT/PT/PRN) and years of experience.
FT Pay Range $29-$38 per hour
PT Pay Range $30-$38 per hour
PRN Pay Range $38-$45 per hour
Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Center is seeking Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Skills of COTAs : All qualified applicants should possess the following qualities:
Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
· Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
