\nAdult Primary Care role in Chicago metro
\n100% Outpatient at 1 Location
\nJoin existing team of MD/DO + APP + Scribe, Medical Assistant
\nCapped patient panel for work life balance- spend more time with patients
\nRecently built clinics with on site labs
\nSchedule: M-F 8a-5p- NO Nights, NO Weekends
\nValue Based Care- Emphasis on CARE
\nTypical day: 11-14 Patients per day

\nPartner Track available; Promotable Position
\nSalary range commensurate with exp. up to $240k Base + Annual Quality Bonus
\n5 Weeks PTO ; Medical, Dental, Vision + Retirement
\n$5000 Annual CME allowance & 1 Week
