Production Technician

Production Technician – All Shifts Available Location: Pulaski, TN Join a leading automotive plastics manufacturing facility as a Production Technician. In this role, you'll help ensure efficient production, quality standards, and smooth operation of the manufacturing process. No previous injection molding experience is required—we provide training. Responsibilities Operate and support automated production equipment Perform quality inspections on molded plastic components Identify and report defects or production concerns Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products Maintain production records as required Follow safety, quality, and production standards Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Reliable attendance and transportation Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required Why Join Us?
