Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Physical capability to perform repetitive motions, stand for long periods, and lift or carry heavy items safely. Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance. Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet the demands of scheduled shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending training. Knowledge of a wide range of cocktail recipes and beverage trends. Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions. Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours without compromising service quality. Previous experience working in a high-volume bar or hospitality setting.
