Operations Manager - La Cantera

Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the boutique leadership team responsible for managing the non-selling functions of the store. This role oversees payroll, POS operations, shipping and receiving, after-sales service, loss prevention, supply ordering, expense control, and facilities maintenance. The manager ensures operational accuracy and security while coordinating with corporate distribution and inventory control. Responsibilities Oversee compliance with company policies, security, inventory management, and record‑keeping procedures. Train, coach, and manage associates on POS procedures, returns, alterations, safety, and security protocols. Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and return‑to‑vendor processes to maintain inventory integrity. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and coordinate with central distribution and corporate inventory control. Manage payroll support, associate scheduling, and adherence to payroll budgets. Lock and secure the store and ensure opening/closing and security procedures are followed. Oversee facilities maintenance and operation of store equipment and systems. Requirements Proven ability to manage store operations including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities. Ability to produce and maintain operational reports and accurate records. Proficiency with POS systems, inventory control systems, and related office equipment. Strong leadership skills to develop, train, and organize the workforce effectively.
