1 provider stopped delivering babies and pulled out of the OB call rotation.
They are needing help with vacations until November when a new partner starts.
Beds in Department- 16 (8 LDRP, 8 couplet/GYN)
# of RN's - 1:1 during labor, 2:1 post partum, 4:1 women's health
# of PA/NP's - Office has 1 NP
# of Office Staff - Office has 16 staff between MAs, RNs, PSRs
5/16-5/26, 8/4-8/10 are high needs. Any additional coverage during that time frame would help. Weekdays
they would only have to cover the night. Current providers could cover during the day
